“DEMO-TRACK_FW” is the first ever portable device intended to show the effect of the wind on the single-axis solar trackers (SAT’s). It consists of 5 fans, a 24V power supply, honeycomb, contraction and 1/60 full aeroelastic scale model of a benchmark tracker (made of PLA 3D printing and carbon fiber). Both wind speed (up to 6 m/s) and tilt angles are controlled. Two configuration tests, stand-alone and multi-row, are performed. Max. outer dimensions: 0,7 x 0,5 x 0,2 m.
